shines through
fills all
till there is no
inside or out
living golden light
awareness burning
HEAT
arrives
bursting from the chest
pulsing
like the hydrogen sun
spreading across the whole body
HEAT radiating out
foot to armpit
finger to nape
no longer holding back
no longer wanting it gone
no longer giving it a name
merging
one
LIGHT HEAT FIRE
and we burn
we BURN
